Tiffany is the fearless founder of The Tiffany Effect Collective, where her lifelong passion for event planning shines. A New Jersey native now based in Houston, her journey began at 15 when she planned her own Mardi Gras–themed Sweet 16. Since then, she’s been known as the “chaos coordinator,” bringing calm to hectic wedding days and turning visions into reality.
With over five years of experience, Tiffany’s mission is to deliver beyond expectations and create moments couples will never forget. For her, the true reward lies in the intimate glances, the first look at the reception, and knowing her couples never had to worry—because she had everything handled.

Assistant Coordinator
Amber is the backbone behind the scenes, ensuring every detail is flawlessly executed and every client feels supported. A Houston native and University of Houston Psychology alum, she has a natural gift for connecting with people—often knowing what they need before they even ask.
For over a year and a half, Amber has been an essential part of The Tiffany Effect Collective, bringing visions to life and creating experiences that leave lasting memories. Her favorite part of weddings? Seeing the joy on the couple’s faces and the love shared among their guests.

Chelsea is the newest member of The Tiffany Effect Collective, born and raised in Houston, TX. After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin, she returned home to pursue her passion for weddings and events.

We specialize in weddings but we also plan milestone celebrations, engagement parties, bridal showers, and luxury social events. If it’s meaningful to you, we’ll make it unforgettable.

Our Day-of Coordination is perfect if you've done most of the planning and just need expert execution. Partial Planning gives you guidance on key vendors and design, while Full Planning is our all-in experience ideal for busy clients who want us to take the reins from day one.

We recommend booking 9–12 months in advance, especially for full planning. But don’t worry, if your date is coming up soon, reach out anyway. If we’re available, we’ll make it happen.
